Wow, what a wild ride the last twenty five years have been! Hot Tuna has been your go to Virginia Beach seafood restaurant since 1992. As a Virginia Beach seafood restaurant seriously committed to keeping it fresh, new and exciting each year, we have an awesome new happy hour menu for 2018 that’s going to rock your world. We’ve got a new wine list, beer menu, and tasty, edgy drink menu. And, in keeping with our long standing rep for outstanding food, our entire menu will be updated – fresh and creative dishes are coming this spring. Of course, we’ll continue to feature our tapas style options. They’re great for sharing – if you’re willing! You can also expect more local and North Carolina beers. And, in the food realm, we’ll be offering more rockfish and oyster dishes that are super fresh - the return of both of these fish to the Chesapeake Bay and Lynnhaven River have been nothing short of a miracle. If you’re in the mood for something more beefy, our Virginia Hereford hormone-free steaks and gourmet burgers continue to be hugely popular.

Finally, a big thank you goes out to Lynnhaven River Now, Buy Fresh Buy Local Virginia and Virginia Green for helping Hot Tuna serve you the finest seafood, steaks, salads and pastas. They’ll get it to us fresh and we’ll add some love to ensure you get an outrageously good meal in a creative, cool, local hot spot.
