Here comes the sun - happy daylight savings!! We are switching from our winter Great Neck Road routes to our warm weather First Landing State Park routes.

To celebrate longer days, we're partnering with Integrity Skin & Derm Care for the first time. Starting at 6pm, come out for your FREE skin cancer screening!! Keep an eye out for more dates throughout the summer.

As always, your choice of 1-mile or 3.1-mile routes with a 6:30pm run time.
